[ He gives Eddie's hand a squeeze before finally letting go. He grabs up his phone and anything else he had laying around. Mostly empty paper cups from coffee. He'll toss them into the nearest trash can before tossing over his shoulder at the other man, ]

❪ whatever 'finished up' might mean in this case. he hopes, prays, it'll be myra returning to new york but that alone might be harder than he imagines. it's not going to be pretty, he knows, that's for sure but it's something he has to do now. he can't keep living this lie anymore. he can't keep living in this spot just because it was familiar, comfortable.
