voice strength: ★★★★★ shipping: i'm reddie trash but i'm also all about that platonic love with the other losers preferences: gen, smut, shippy, angst, au, cross-canon, slice of life. notes: for some fun starting points: some random assortment of memes and aus for days; feel free to go the other worldly route; also throw pics or random sentences at me and a kink generator because why not. hit me up for starters if you'd like. there's no crying in baseball but there is crying in my rp but let's have fun, ok. |

Yep. Right before dinner.
[ He kisses the back of her head to signal he's done and then gives her a little golf clap at her spinning, doing his Vincent Price impression "beautiful, my dearest". He gets up to get the shoes back on the one twin that was dressed now. ]
Take these off again and I'm taping flip flops to your feet.
[ Which is met with an emphatic "NO". ]
Oh yes, I will. You keep these on.

❪ he pulls on one just for show and earns another round of giggles but it's enough to give him the chance to finish getting them into their clothes. who needs the gym at this age when clearly all one needed was a set of toddlers who couldn't keep their clothes on? shoes are, thankfully, easier than clothes and before he knows it the twins are (thankfully) dressed again and babbling to one another as they do. ❫
amelia, meanwhile, happy as a clam simply leans into richie's leg with a small frown. "I also have to write about where I live and where my parents grew up. I'd rather just talk about the dresses Auntie Bev made me instead." ❫
It would probably be a little more interesting since your Dad and I grew up in a really, really small town. ❪ that seems to get her attention and she perks up. "How small?" ❫ Smaller than you.
❪ excuse her as she seems to have a crisis, patting herself down and then looking between the two of them. "But that's too small! How would everyone fit?" ❫

Thinking about Derry wasn't always pleasant but at least this way they could focus more on how they had a pretty good time together as kids. The whole monster clown thing not a topic of discussion for anyone outside of the Losers club. ]
We were smaller back then, too. I was about this big and Daddy was only this big. Very small.
[ Which he, of course, made it out like Eddie was the size of a lunchbox. Which, also of course, gets a laugh out of their daughter. ]

❪ to which the twins respond with a chorus of "Beep beep!" as eddie moves to get their book bags on them and herd them toward the door. he can't the way his gaze lingers on their oldest daughter though and her own curious look that she continues to give richie not that her giggling has ceased from his explanation. "But you were all shorter than the funny clown, right? Even Dad was shorter."
and that makes him pause hard in his tracks, not realizing he's holding onto the straps of a book bag too tightly until robin is trying to squirm out of his grip. eddie just has to smile, patting her down and letting her go. although his gaze flickers to rich, it settles on amelia with a small smile. ❫
What do you mean, sweetheart? ❪ to which he just an equally odd look as if he should understand what she's talking about. "You know, the funny clown with the red balloons. He was really, really tall." ❫

He looks to Eddie before swallowing hard. Kneeling down, he tries to keep his voice from shaking as he kneels down to look her in the face. ]
Honey, where did you see this clown?
[ Because if she says "in the sewers" he's probably gonna lose it. ]
