( Immediately upon seeing Richie, Eddie can't help smiling at the sight of the other man and trying even harder to ignore how badly his heart is racing. He steps outside onto the patio with his head tilted upwards toward the sun before looking back to Richie as the other man gestures toward the table with a flourish.

He's literally fumbling with his phone and Eddie hopes he doesn't throw his off even more when he steps in close, lifts up slightly on his tiptoes and presses a soft kiss to Richie's cheek. )
